Since starting Heritage Real Estate Group in 1992, Diane Kubiske has been committed to providing excellent service to her many hundreds of clients in the property management of properties in Ventura and Los Angeles Counties. With her family involved in real estate for decades, Diane literally grew up understanding the property owner’s perspective in the negotiations, leasing, repairing and managing of properties in order to achieve or maintain maximum value. Diane is a broker of Heritage Real Estate Group, a boutique Ventura County based property management. Diane served as asset manager for Heritage’s Home Savings of America/Washington Mutual contract during the mid 1990’s and now serves and the Director of Heritage’s Property Management division. Diane is a 1991 graduate of California State University- Northridge, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.

Maria Aguilera is the hard working Office Manager for Heritage, starting back in 1994. Maria is extremely efficient and helps keeps the whole Heritage operation together. She handles the accounting and bookkeeping, property owner and tenant interactions, negotiations, and regulatory compliance tasks. Maria lives in Ventura County with her husband of 18 years with their 3 children. She loves to read and spend time with her family.

Joshua Kubiske attended California State University East Bay as a NCAA scholarship athlete and graduated with his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Marketing in 2017. Joshua Kubiske, who has been working at Heritage since 2016 works at Heritage Real Estate, assists with internet research, marketing, transaction follow up, property inspections, data entry & prospecting. He works at Heritage while attending Graduate School at California Lutheran University to achieve his MBA with a focus of entrepreneurship.
